Operations behind the Scenes

The part of the work nobody posts about. Suppliers, rotas, reporting lines and the small decisions that decide whether the marketing has anything to sell.

Three phases, in order, with nothing skipped

We sit with the numbers you already have. Bookings, costs, supplier terms, staff hours and where the enquiries actually come from. Nothing is recommended until this part is boring and clear.

A short plan you can argue with. What to stop, what to price differently, what to systemise first, and which single metric we are trying to move this quarter.

We stay and run it. Processes written down, staff briefed, reporting set on a schedule, and someone accountable when a step gets missed.

We learned this on the floor

Bode Creative grew out of running villas, not out of running campaigns. Check-ins, complaints, breakfast at seven and a supplier who did not turn up. That is where the habit of finishing things came from.
